Shipping

Allow for 3 – 5 working days for your order to be delivered. As we strive to supply the freshest ground or beans we roast in small batches which may add production delays. Your geographic location is also a factor that may mean slower delivery. We will update you on your order’s delivery status once it has been dispatched.

Returns

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product we offer a full refund if the issue is reported within 21 days of product delivery. Please contact us and provide a clear photo / photos showing the problem.

In the event of loss during transit, we offer a full refund if you report the issue within 21 days of placing your order. Please contact us should you experience problems with delivery.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund under these circumstances:

  • You ordered the wrong product.
  • The product package has been opened.
  • You provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. In these circumstances the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
